WoW for Post-16

Raising aspirations & promoting self-belief

WOW Project works with 6th Forms, Colleges and Universities to support learners with Career & Transition Management.

Our project aims to increase learner social inclusion and to raise aspirations by demonstrating the key elements of career management in a fun and age appropriate manner.  Learners develop an awareness of how to manage their career via a greater self- knowledge and an understanding of those career and educational opportunities which may be open to them from age 16.  All of our sessions are differentiated and can be delivered currently in English and Welsh.
